Born in Naples in 1962 , lives and works in Rome (Italy).
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome he exhibits since 1988. He has realized many permanent installations in private and public spaces. He has lived and worked in New York, Berlin, Naples and southern India. In 2010 he realized permanent installations in Milan and Berlin and participated in the 12th Venice Architecture Biennale with the project "E-picentro". In 2011 he realized a personal exhibition in "Castello di Rivara" Centre for Contemporary Art (Turin), and partecipated in the group show "Over Black Black" curated by Franz Paludetto. Works of Oreste Casalini are in private collections in Rome, Milan, Turin, London, Berlin, New York, Dublin, Dubai, Mumbai, Tokyo, etc. .
